A remove.bg alternative that also adds the new background
Like remove.bg, ReplaceMyBG cuts your subject out to a full-size transparent PNG. It then goes one step further: put the subject on a colour, a photo or a scene made by AI, with a shadow, in the same place. A cutout is 1 credit; on Pro paid yearly that is well under a cent.

Is ReplaceMyBG cheaper than remove.bg?
Per image, by a wide margin. ReplaceMyBG Pro paid yearly is $7 a month for 2,000 credits, and a full-size cutout is 1 credit. Compare with the current plans on remove.bg/pricing.
Are the cutouts full resolution?
Yes. Photos up to 16 megapixels are cut out and saved at their full size as a transparent PNG. There is no low-resolution preview tier.
Does ReplaceMyBG have an API like remove.bg?
Not yet. It is a web app for people. Pro adds batches of up to 50 photos at a time.
